Body Mason // Review
Body Mason justtryit

Body Mason is a chic Pilates studio in Rosedale; equidistant from Yonge and Rosedale subway stations. Their mantra; Rebuild, Repurpose, Restructure holds true if all of their instructors are educated to the same degree as mine. I took the 7pm Essential Reformer with Milena Roglic. Essential Reformer is a slow paced class required by all students before jumping into high intensity classes. ChiJunkyJTI123

Chi Junky is a boutique yoga and fitness studio in Leslieville. With a studio slogan of “Fun things make you sweat!”, how can the classes here not be an absolute blast? I was pumped as I rushed to class after work, but left feeling as if I had just spent the day at a spa. The space is beautiful, with high ceilings and rustic exposed brick. I was a half hour early for class so Read more…

Can you release tension, rest, and recuperate?

We now live in the digital age of tight hip flexors and hamstrings, low back and neck pain, near Read more…

Moksha Yoga Danforth // Review
homepage-justtryit-v2

Moksha Yoga is a name synonymous with hot yoga here in Toronto, and Moksha Yoga Danforth (MYD) most definitely lives up to the hype you would expect from the Moksha brand. With a recently renovated hot room last year, MYD is a great space for a relaxing or high intensity yoga class, located right in the heart of one of the most vibrant communities in our city – Riverdale. I had the convenience of living right beside the studio a Read more…
